Here is a very nice 1956 Gibson ES-225TDN in VG= original condition with no issues, breaks, or repairs. All parts are original except the replaced tuners; a new set of Gibson Kluson single-line tuners is included if you wish to replace the replacements with the real thing! The pickups sound great and the action is smooth and easy to play. There is moderate finish wear on the back of the neck and moderate lacquer checking on the body. Comes with the original Lifton brown hard case. A terrific blues and rock machine! Produced from 1956-1959, this is one of only 542 blondes out of a total of 2754 double-pickup versions made, and only 1 of 23 made in the first year of production. Rare, outstanding vintage Gibson electric just waiting to be played again.
