Serial # 211 is a very special 18″ Radio Flyer with an oval sound hole and two side-sound holes in the upper bass rim. This instrument was commissioned by the late Robert James Waller, author of the Bridges of Madison County and several other novels, and was delivered to Robert in 2005.
The rare configuration of the oval sound holes on the top and bass rim gives the guitar excellent projection to the audience and the musician as well.
It features a 25″ scale length, 2.75″ body depth at the rim, and 1.75″ neck width at the nut. The guitar is very comfortable to hold, easy to play, produces a rich variety of tones, and is very versatile for playing different kinds of music. The richness and clarity of its individual notes and chords is beyond compare.
Mint original condition with Cedar Creek hard case, no issues, and very rare, this instrument is perhaps the ultimate acoustic guitar.
